The Carnival of the East, is one of the busiest of the fair activities , it involved people from 8 provinces of Santander that make colorful parades through the main streets and Bucaramanga.

A LITTLE MORE OF ITS HISTORY:

The culture in Bucaramanga has several expressions, from the visual arts such as painting , sculpture , photography, and recently also in manifestation with proposals that incorporate new technology for artistic communication.

The pretty town , along its history has hosted various cultural events in different areas, so there is variety of arts groups exiben the hard work they have achieved with hours of testing and training during the Fair.

This celebration occupies a prominent place at the national level characterized by the entrepreneurial spirit of its participants who the streets of the city are taken to enjoy the great musical and cultural festival
